Ingredients
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup Lowfat Milt
2 Tbs. honey
1 cup sliced fruit (such as banana, strawberries or peaches)
 

Instructions
Place ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Cover; whirl until smooth. 1 to2 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serves 2.
