     Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Pkgs mushrooms
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup of ranch dressing
1/4 Jar bacon bits - Get the real bacon bits kind.
Enough parmesan & shredded cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top.
 
Instructions
Remove stems from the mushrooms. Be sure to thoroughly wash the mushrooms. Melt cream cheese in the microwave. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch and bacon bits. Mix well. Fill each mushroom with the mixture. Top w/ shredded cheddar, bacon bits & parmesan. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
