4 large stuffed green oilves, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1 lb. king crab meat, diced
4 ripe avocados
1/2 head llettuce, shredded
Instructions
In mixing bowl, whisk egg yolk, mustard, Worcestershire, and vinegar. Gradually add oil, whisking vigorously to incorporte. When thickened and smooth, mix in the chili sauce, onion, olives, and crab meat.
Spread the lettuce over a platter. Peel the avocados and remove pits. Quarter the avocados and lay them on the lettuce. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Spoon the crab mixture over the tops of the avocado quarters.
