Cut chicken into bite-size piecnes and then cook chicken in frying pan, sauce pan etc, so that it is completely done.
Chop peppers and onions into bite-size pieces (I usually cut up both peppers and onion and mix them together in a bowl so that they are mixed well and not layered one on top of the other).
