     Easy Monkey Bread

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
4 packages of 10-count buttermilk biscuits (Don't get anything fancy - they need to be plain)
2 sticks of butter
Cinnamon
Sugar
1 small package of chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, chop the biscuits into quarters and set aside, melt butter in a bowl, make a cinnamon and sugar mixture in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of butter with some cinnamon/sugar and the walnuts to the bottom of a bundt pan, dunk each biscuit quarter into the melter butter and then the cinnamon/sugar and place in bundt pan, place in oven for 25 minutes or so, remove from oven when biscuits have risen. (I am not sure about the time - I just kind of check after 20 minutes or so, and then play it by ear.)
When it comes out of the oven, let it sit for a couple of minutes to cool, then flip it over on a platter. The mixture you put at the bottom of the pan will settle over the nice ring of cinnamon/sugar pull-apart bread.
