1 lb ground beef, seasoned with onions and taco seasoning (hot peppers optional)
1 16 oz container of sour cream
1 package/box of guacamole (found at Giant, produce section by salads/dips) – comes w/ 2 pouches
1 16 oz jar of salsa (medium or hot)
1 package of shredded mexican or taco cheese
1 chopped tomato for topping
Jar jalapenos or fresh for topping (optional)
Optional toppings- parsley, pepper flakes, jalapenos, green onions (stalks)
Instructions
Prepare ground beef w/ onions and taco seasoning as instructed. Wait for meat to cool (or other ingredients will “melt” and layer 1st on the bottom of a pan, followed by guacamole, sour cream and salsa last.
top with cheese, chopped tomatos, jalapenos, pepper flakes and/or parsley (all for color/decor)
Refrigerate so it sets.
