Ricotta cheese- part skim (I always mix up the whole medium sized container. We dont measure it)
Mix with one egg
1c shredded parm
2 t oregano
2 t parsley
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 t cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
Pasta shells
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except pasta shells) thoroughly
Stuff the shells and top with sauce and shredded mozzarella
Bake at 350 in the oven for approx 30 mins.
