Take two slices of bread and spread pesto (to your liking) and goat cheese (to your liking) on one side. Add the amount of turkey you desire as well.
Slice tomatoes and lettuce and put them on top of the turkey and place second slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
Lightly butter each side of the bread and place sandwich on to a pan that you can use to grill and lightly toast each side of the bread so that each side is slightly crispy.
