Ingredients
1 pie crust
1 cup sugar
3 tbs all purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
3 beaten egg yolks
2 tbs real butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbs co-co
pinch salt
 
Instructions
mix in a large bow flour,co-co,sugar,and pinch of salt until blended well seperate egg yols and beat with fork
add milk to sauce pan over medium heat add dry igredients cook till it begins to thickens stir constantly once it begins to thicken remove from heat
add egg till blended place back on heat and add butter and vanilla stir until butter is melted
pour into ready made crust bake at 350 for 15 min top with meringue or other choice
