     St. Patrick's Day Mint-tini

Ingredients
1 oz. lemon vodka
1/2 oz. Caravella Limoncello
1/4 oz. chocolate liqueur
1/4 oz. Amaretto
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 T. fresh mint, roughly chopped
2/3 cup crushed ice
 
Instructions
Place all ingredients, except the mint, in a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds until well blended and smooth.
Add mint and blend just until it is mixed together.
Pour into two chilled martini glasses and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and shaved chocolate.
