Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, and maple flavoring until blended. Cut each slice of bread in half diagonally. Dip bread into egg mixture; arrange slices overlapping in deep buttered 10-inch round pie plate. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 25-30 minutes until light and puffy and edges are golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
