Beat the eggs with brown and white sugars; set aside.
In large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, corn syrup, baking soda, and vanilla. Stir in egg mixture. Mix in chocolate chips, oatmeal, and M&Ms.
Drop by 1/4 c. onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
