     Pot Roast Italiano

Ingredients
3 lb.boneless beef chuck roast
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1- 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1- 8 oz can pizza sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
 
1/4 tsp. pepper
1- 4 oz can mushrooms
2Tbls. cornstarch
2 Tbls. cold water
8 oz hot cooked spinach noodles

Instructions
Brown meat in Dutch oven. Combine tomatoes pizza sauce, cheese, worchestershire sauce, garlic, salt, oregano & pepper. Pour over meat. Cover & simmer till tender. Add mushrooms. Make gravy. Serve with spinach noodles.
