8 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed

2 cans cream of chicken soup
|
|
1-1/2 c. mayonnaise
|
|
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
|

3 T. lemon juice
|
|
2 T. minced onion
|
|
2 tsp. seasoned salt
|
|
2-1/2 c. diced celery
|
|
3 c. cooked white rice
|
|
|
|
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentoes, drained
|
|
2 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms, drained
|
|
3 c. crushed cornflakes
|
|
1/2 c. slivered almonds
|
|
1/2 c. melted butter
|
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine all ingredients except cornflakes, almonds and butter. Spread in greased 9x13 casserole dish.

Combine cornflakes, almonds, and butter. Sprinkle over the top of casserole.
|
|
|
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
