     Healthful Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. whole wheat bran
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 c. wheat germ
3/4 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 T. brown sugar
2 c. yogurt
1 egg
 
1/2 c. honey
2 T. olive oil
1 c. raisins

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Beat together yogurt, egg, honey, and oil. Add dry ingredients. Fold in raisins.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake 15-20 minutes.
