     Diabetic Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 c. apples, pared and sliced
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. liquid Sweet-10
2 T. melted butter
1/2 c.graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Sweet-10
3/4 c. hot water
1 T. cinnamon
 

Instructions
Combine apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and 1 T. liquid Sweet-10. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Blend melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, bread crumbs, and Sweet-10. Sprinkle over apples. Pour hot water over topping.
Bake 15 minutes, covered, at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes
