     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 large can of pumpkin
6 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 C dark brown sugar
2/3 C white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger (optional)
1/2 tsp of cloves
2 T melted butter (This to make it shine)
 
2 lg cans of evaporated milk
milk - measure with one empty can from evap. milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 pie crusts

Instructions
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Pour into two pie crusts.
Bake at 425 degree for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook an additional 45 minutes.
