Bring butter cocoa and water to a boil; se aside to slightly cool.

Beat 2 eggs; add baking soda and buttermilk.Add to sugar/flour mixture; mix well.
Add butter/cocoa/water mixture; mix well.

|
Pour into 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350' 20 to 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Pour hot icing on top.
Sprinkle with pecans/walnuts
|
