1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, then coat with 1/2 cup all purpose flour. then in a frying pan add oil and fry the chicken till golden brown. take out of pan and set aside.
combine in mixing bowl- 1/3 cup chicken stalk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon corn starch, and 1 half of a lemon (juice). stir and set aside.
in a frying pan add 3 tablespoons cooking oil and add in 2-3 cups frozen veggies. when fully cooked add in the sauce mixture. wait for it to thicken. now add in the chicken and stir it together.
serve over rice or noodles and enjoy. -)
