sauce-
combine- 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon corn starch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1/4 cup beef broth. set aside.
meat-
over med/high heat, in frying pan add cooking oil, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 pound of beef (thinly sliced), and cook until beef is fully cooked then set aside.
fry pan-
1 tsp oil, add in 1 green bell pepper (diced), and 1 onion (wedges). stir fry about 2 mins til crisp. add the beef back in. add the sauce in last. mix and lat sauce thicken.
enjoy serve with rice or noodles. -)
