BLEND BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME AND BEAT. SIFT FLOUR AND COCOA TOGETHER AND ADD TO ABOVE MIXTURE. ADD VANILLA AND PECANS. POUR INTO GREASED PAN (9X13) AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR MINUTES. FROST WITH FUDGE ICING BELOW.
