Heat oven to 425. In greased, 9 in. deep-dish pie plate, gently stir peaches, apple pie filling, grated lemon peel, and nutmeg.
In medium size bowl combine flour, sugar, and nutmeg. Using pastry blender or large fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Chop 1/2 c. almonds into the mixure.
Spoon crumb mixture over fruit; bake 15 min. Remove, sprinkle remaining almonds in ring on top of mixture. Bake until top is golden.
In medium size bowl, beat cream at high speed just until soft peaks form.
