     Chicken Chop Suey

Ingredients
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 C carrots, julienne
1 C celery, chopped
1 Green pepper, julienne
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C Chicken broth
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms
 
1/2 C sour cream
2-3 Cups cooked, diced chicken
1/4 C water
1/4 C flour
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
Cook onions, carrots, celery, and green pepper in butter for 10 minutes
Add salt, chicken broth, mushrooms, sour cream, and chicken. Mix gently and heat through.
Blend water, flour, and soy sauce. Stir into hot mixture. Heat until thick but do not boil.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over rice or noodles
