     Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 can (16 oz) Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (12 oz) Carnation Evaporated Milk
or 1 1/2 cups half and half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup ground cloves
 
1- 9 inch deep dish volume pie-dish volume

Instructions
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Preheat oven to 425. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Garnish if desired with whipped topping.
