Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 15x10 or 13x11 pan with cooking spray or butter and lightly dusting with flour.

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and whisk together.

|
Combine water, butter, and cocoa in small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into flour mixture. Beat with a mixer until well blended. Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs and beat well.
|
|
|
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 17-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
