     Homemade Crutons

Ingredients
2 c. 1 in cubes french or italian bread
1 tbsp. margarine or butter
2 lg. clove garlice, minced
1 tsp. dried seasoning, crushed (italian herbs)
 

Instructions
Place bread cubes in a bowl. In a large skillet heat oil and margarine over medium/low heat. Add garlic and desired seasoning. Cook and stir 30 seconds. Drizzle over bread cubes, tossing to curt well.
Pour cubes into skillet. Cook, stirring occasionallu over medium/low heat for 6-8 min. or until cubes are lightly brown and crisp. Remove from pan. Drain on paper towels. Store tightly covered for up to one week.
