     Norwegian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb. stew meat or lean ground beef
1 dash of salt and pepper
1 dash parsley
1 med. onion, chopped finely
2-3 med. potatoes, quartered
2 large carrots, chopped
1 16oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz. can tomato soup
 

Instructions
put itmes in croc pot as listed above. (I am browning my meat before putting in pot) Mix cans of soup together and pour on top of other ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. If you double then lengthen cooking time to next setting. Do not add water and don't stir. Just let it coo and enjoy when it's done.
