     Homemade Mustard

1 (4 oz.) can dry mustard
1 c. cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
Salt to taste
1-1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine mustard and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Beat in eggs, sugar, and salt.
Cook in double boiler until thick. Continue cooking and stir in mayonnaise.
Pour into hot jars and seal with heated lids and rings. Keep refrigerated.
