     Roasted SalZa

Ingredients
Tomatoes Quartered-4 each
Bell Pepper- 1 each
Garlic- 5 cloves
Red Onion quartered- 1 each
Serano Pepper or Jalepenoes- 1 each or 2 each
Olive Oil to coat veggies
Lime- 1 roasted 1 raw
SALT AND PEPPER! TASTE!
Apple Cider Vinegar- 1/4 cup
 
Lime- Raw
Cumin- to taste
Cayenne- to taste
Olive oil- 1/4 cup
Hot Sauce- As needed

Instructions
Roast Veggies with olive oil and S&P at roughly 400 degrees
Puree all ingredients add seasoning to taste and taste, taste, taste!
