     Shoepeg Corn Casserole

Ingredients
3 bags of white shoepeg corn
16 oz brick of cream cheese
1 small can of chopped green chiles
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c milk
 

Instructions
Microwave corn, add softened cream cheese and microwave again until smooth. Add milk to get to thick consistency (max ½ cup). Add chilies stirring them through. Top with cheese. Bake in oven until bubbly.
