Mix all ingredients together
Bake @ 375 40-60 minutes
Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired
The original recipe calls for 1/3 cup milk but I didn't think that was enough so I just fill the cream soup can to 1/2 -3/4 full
If using fresh mushrooms, saute mushrooms and onion in a little butter.
