Crush biscuits, melt butter. Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter and sugar and turn mixture into 20cm springform tin.
In a medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat soft cheese until smooth; add lemon zest and juice and condensed milk and beat until well combined. In another medium bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
Slowly pour cheese mixture into springform cake ti so that it evenly covers biscuit base. Smooth surface, cover and leave in refridgerator overnight.
