     Norway - Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
4 lbs. red potatoes
1 head of cauliflower
2 c. grated Jarlsburg cheese
1 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Steam the potatoes until soft.
Steam cauliflower until soft in seperate pan.
Add all ingredients and mix on low speed.
Season to taste.
