     Norway Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1 lg white onion, diced
1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes
3 lg white potatoes
4 c. heavy cream
Kosher salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Tobasco Sauce to taste
1 1/2 c. salmon
 
1 c. cooked cod
1 c. small shrimp, cooked

Instructions
In a large soup pot, heat butter on medium heat. Saute onions and tomatoes. Add potatoes and heavy cream. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender. Season with salt, pepper, and tabasco sauce. Serve soup with seafood pieces.
