     Granola

Ingredients
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. cold water
3 T. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1/2-1 cup chopped almond
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 T. sesame seeds
(feel free to use any combination of nuts and seeds)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Combine sweeteners, oil, water and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat stirring constantly.
Combine oats, nuts, seeds and wheat germ in large roasting pan (jelly roll pan). Drizzle syrup over mixture and stir to combine evenly.
Bake until toasted,stirring every 10 minutes. A batch usually takes about 40 minutes total.
