|
Place chopped tomatoes, peppers, and onions in colander to drain for two hours. I save the fluid drained for soups.

|
Place drained vegetables in large kettle, add remaining ingredients.
|
|
|
Simmer for one hour, remove allspice and continue simmering for another hour.
|
|
|
Place in 1/2 pint or pint canning jars. Will keep in refrigerator for up to one year.
