     Sandy's Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup soft butter
2 cups sugar
6 or 7 ripe bananas mashed
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs beaten
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp sale
2 tsp baking SODA
Nuts if you want
 
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar. Blend in bananas, vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients just till combined. Now is the time to add your nuts if you want them.
Pour into 2 loaf pans or whatever pans you want. Bake at 350degrees for 40-60minutes. Cool on wire rack..Freezes well
