Cook your jello pudding with the milk till it boils, stirring constantly.

Pour mixture into cooked pieshell and cool
|

Whip your cream with the powder sugar and cover the cooled pie and sprinkle toasted coconut on top if you like.

|
To toast coconut, spread a handful onto a cookie sheet and place in 400degree oven. Check every 30 seconds till lightly toasted. Its worth doing this because it makes your pie so much more appetizing.
