Ingredients

	Can pineapple pieces in juice
	2 slices luncheon sausage
	2 tomatoes
	Tomato sauce
	1 Cup grated cheese
	Oregano
	Long buns


Instructions


Turn oven onto about 180 deg and grill. Cut long buns in half and put on oven tray. turn so the outside is facing upwards. Don't put back in oven til you have got everything else ready so the bun won't get cold in the meantime!


Drain pineapple pieces. Cut luncheon into little pieces. Cut tomato into little pieces. Now put buns in oven and grill outsides to your liking. Take out and turn up the other way. On each bun half swirl some tomato sauce. Put luncheon sausage, pineapple and tomato on now. Next put grated cheese on. Then sprinkle oregano over the top.


Put in oven and grill til cheese is melted. Voila best toasties in the world mmmmmmmmmm!
