     Ravioli

Ingredients
2 lbs ricotta cheese (drain excess water)
2-3 eggs (usually 3)
1/4c Chopped Parsley
1/2-3/4c grated romano
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
Ravioli Dough-
3c flour
 
2 eggs
1/2 c water
Knead and roll
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon dabs about 1.5 inch apart and fold over & cut with ravioli cutter.
Place in 6qrts boiling water for 30 minutes.
