     Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients
3 Eggs
2/3 Cup Canned Pumpkin
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Filling
 
1 Package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions
Miz in a bowl eggs and sugar. Mix Well. Add pumkin, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add flour and mix well. Line 9x11 cookie sheet with waxed paper. Pour filling in cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix Cream chees until softened well and add powdered surgar and vanilla. When roll comes from the oven, flip onto kitchen dish towel that hs been sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove wax paper from roll and wait 1-2 minutes. Beginning with shot end of roll, roll cake all the way up with towel inside of it. Let sit for 3 minutes. unroll and when warm to the touch spread filling on and reroll. Wrap in waxed paper and plastice wrap. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
