1 ½ c. pecan halves

1 (14oz) pkg. M&M's

1 (10oz) pkg. pretzel sticks

1 (10oz) pkg. English toffee bits
|
| |
2 (12oz) pkg. vanilla chips
|

2 T. vegetable oil

Instructions |

|
In an extra-large bowl, combine popcorn, Cheerios, pecans, M&M's, pretzel sticks and toffee bits.

In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chips and oil; stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.

|
|
Immediately spread onto two baking sheets; let stand until dry, about 2 hours.
|
|
|
|
Store in an airtight container.
