     Family Style Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
6 lb. potatoes
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
Garlic salt to taste
Cheddar cheese
Paprika
 

Instructions
In large pan, boil potatoes until soft, drain and pour back into pan.
Mash potatoes with cream cheese, butter, sour cream, and garlic salt. Stir in cheese.
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to bake.
If frozen, defrost overnight in refrigerator. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is warm.
