Ingredients
1-2 bananas (frozen preffereably)
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
1/4 cup steel cut oats
2 tbs honey
1tbs cocoa
to taste milk or ice cubes if the banana is not frozen
 

Instructions
put all ingredients into the blender and blend till smooth.
Serving Suggestions
at breakfast with fruit or granola
