Pre-heat oven to 375 deg F.
Remove mushroom stems from caps.
Saute onions and mushroom stems in a large pan over medium heat till golden. Remove.
Brown sauasage meat and combine with mushroom onion mix. Add cream cheese, hot sauce, stir well and spoon over lightly oiled mushroom stems.
Add to oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
