     Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
5 c rhubarb, chopped
1 sm pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c sugar
2 c mini marshmallows
1 white cake mix
Cool Whip, thawed
 

Instructions
Place chopped rhubarb into greased 9x13” glass baking dish. Sprinkle Jello over rhubarb. Pour sugar and marshmallows over mixture.
Make a white cake mix according to directions on box and pour on top of marshmallows.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Flip pieces over as you take out of pan. Serve with Cool Whip.
