In skillet, add margarine and saute onions till they change color....slightly opaque. Remove from heat.

Combine all other ingredients in large bowl, including onions after they have cooled a bit.
Mix well.
|

|
|
Pour into 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes...you may have to cover with foil if top is getting to brown.
