Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Line baking sheet with wax paper, set aside.
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter and sugar on med speed until well combined.
Roll into 1” balls and place on baking sheet. Place in freezer for at least 30 for balls to firm.
Microwave chips in glass bowl on high for 2 min. stirring ½ way through. Pierce each ball with toothpick and dip into chocolate ¾ way deep, wiping excess chocolate on edge of bowl. Place on waxed paper; repeat with remaining balls. Chill in frig for 45 minutes, until set.
Serving Suggestions
I like to keep them in the freezer and pull out a few when we need them.
