Instructions |

|
Beat together apple sauce (oil), sugar and eggs.
|
|
|
|
In separate bowl sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.

Combine with creamed mixture; mix well. Add vanilla, nuts and zucchini; combine well. Pour into 2 greased, floured bread pans.
|

|
Bake 60-75 minutes at 325.
