Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in small bowl and set aside.
combine egg, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 c. of the tomato mixture and blend thoroughly.
Shape into an oval loaf and place in an oblong micro-proof baking dish. Make a depression on top center of the loaf. cook unccovered on medium for 25-30 minutes or until center is cooked. cover, let stand 10 minutes before serving.
